ZINC MINERAL WATER

While we do not make medical claims, this information is to be used for educational purposes only. WaterOz Zinc Mineral Water is simply pure Zinc (300 +/- ppm) and pure water. As with all WaterOz Mineral Waters, the Zinc is ionic, water soluble and suspended as a solution in water.

Minerals from the soil, even if on a particular level, cannot be properly utilized by the human body. Minerals are only truly absorbable in an ionic form as they must be water soluble. WaterOz Mineral Waters are ionic and will remain in suspension in pure water indefinitely.

Zinc has been used for centuries and in the 1800's surgeons used Zinc as an antiseptic/antibiotic after surgery. Zinc was noted for its amazing healing properties. Wounds would hear, at times, as quickly as 24 hours after an operation without swelling. Scarring was barely noticeable after a short period of time.

Zinc is needed for the metabolism of nucleic acids and the synthesis of proteins plus it is an integral part of human DNA for cell division and synthesis. Therefore, a lack of Zinc in pregnant women can result in numerous birth defects such as: Down's syndrome, cleft lip, spina bifida, clubbed limbs, hiatal hernia and umbilical hernias.

Deficiency of Zinc can cause a wide variety of diseases, degenerative diseases and illnesses. Heavy losses of Zinc occurs in sweating, therefore, athletes are particularly susceptible to Zinc deficiency (ie: anorexia nervosa, muscle weakness, pica ect.).

Zinc is effective in Hormone production, improves sex drive and has been proven to reduce the size of the prostate gland and is important for the proper maintenance of the male reproductive system.

Suggested dossage - Adults: One (1) teaspoon daily. Children: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon daily or as recommended by your health care professional.

Before using Zinc Mineral Water have your health care professional determine your Zinc levels using serum, urine samples and/or hair analysis.
